Due to the nature of digital products, we enforce a strict no-refund policy to maintain fairness and protect the integrity of our services. Please read the following carefully:

• Immediate Access: Access to our digital products, training materials, and community benefits is granted immediately upon receipt of payment. Once access is provided, the service is considered rendered in full.

• Final Sale: All sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of verified duplicate transactions. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction not based on technical failure.

• Chargebacks and Termination: If you initiate a chargeback on your payment method, your access to all related services and platforms will be permanently terminated without further notice. You will not be eligible for reinstatement. Additionally, you agree to be liable for any associated chargeback fees or penalties that arise.

• Access Issues: Temporary technical issues, internet outages, or maintenance periods that impact platform access do not constitute grounds for a refund. We are committed to addressing and resolving technical support requests as promptly as possible.

• Duplicate Transactions: In the unlikely event of a verified duplicate charge, the excess payment will be promptly refunded once confirmed by our support team.

By completing your purchase, you affirm that you have read and understood our no-refund policy, and you waive any rights to dispute charges or request refunds through your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

When enrolling through our program, customers are required to complete two separate payments in order to activate full access to the training, products, and associated services:

• Product Fee: A one-time payment for the selected digital product, priced at either $900, $600, $300, or $100 depending on the product level you choose. This payment grants you immediate access to the training, resources, and the Master Resell Rights (MRR) license associated with the product. As a Master Resell Rights holder, you are authorized to resell the product independently and retain 100% of the revenue from your direct sales without any obligation to share commissions or royalties with Earnings Elevate, Digital Growth Community, or Expect 2 Win LLC.

• Website Setup Fee: A one-time $39 setup fee, payable separately and directly to Digital Growth Community / Expect 2 Win LLC. This fee covers the cost of accessing the Done-For-You (DFY) pre-built website that supports your marketing efforts. It also unlocks the full training platform and grants you membership access to the private Digital Growth Community hosted on the Skool platform. The website infrastructure provided includes foundational tools to assist you in launching your digital business but does not include custom domain purchases, custom emails, or additional paid upgrades unless otherwise stated.

Both the Product Fee and the Website Setup Fee must be paid in full to secure complete access. The Product Fee is collected by Earnings Elevate (the reseller), while the Website Setup Fee is managed by Digital Growth Community / Expect 2 Win LLC. Each entity fulfills specific obligations tied to your membership, and no access will be provided without the completion of both payments.

Community Access: Regardless of the product tier purchased, all paying members receive complimentary access to the private Digital Growth Community in Skool, where members collaborate, share strategies, and receive ongoing support.

If you initially purchase products ($600, $300, or $100 level), you are eligible for an upgrade opportunity within 30 days from the date of your original enrollment.

During this 30-day window:

You may upgrade to a higher product level by simply paying the difference in cost between your original product and the desired upgrade.

An additional $39 website setup fee will also be required for the new product tier to unlock its specific training and Done-For-You materials.

This ensures you receive the full DFY website adjustments, upgraded training access, and an updated member experience.

After the 30-day window has expired:

If you wish to move to a higher-tier product after this period, you must pay the full price of the new product level, plus the associated $39 website setup fee.

There will be no discounted upgrades, retroactive pricing, or crediting of previous payments toward the new product level after the 30-day window expires.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to any part of our program, website, or services without prior notice if you violate any of these Terms. No refunds will be issued if termination occurs due to violations. We also reserve the right to pursue any necessary legal remedies to protect our community and intellectual property.

A Done-For-You (DFY) website setup is included with your enrollment, which provides foundational tools to help you build and launch your digital business. However, it is important to note the following:

• Additional Costs: You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining essential elements such as custom domain names, business email services, third-party plugins, upgraded hosting, security enhancements, or any other optional premium features not included in the basic setup.

• Ongoing Maintenance: You are solely responsible for managing, updating, and ensuring the operational functionality of your website after the initial setup. Keeping your site compliant with any local or global regulations, as well as adapting to technical updates, is your responsibility.

• Third-Party Disclaimers: We are not responsible for the reliability, support, or actions of third-party services you choose to use in connection with your website, including hosting providers, payment processors, or software integrations. Engaging with third-party services is solely at your own risk and discretion.

Maintaining fair pricing for all participants is crucial to preserving the value and integrity of the program. As such:

• Strict No-Discount Policy: All products, services, and access fees are offered at full listed prices unless a promotional discount has been officially announced by the program administrators. Unauthorized discounts, special deals, or private rebates are strictly prohibited.

• No Coupon Misuse or Price Manipulation: It is forbidden to apply unauthorized coupon codes, split payments between multiple accounts, share purchased access with non-paying individuals, or use any other deceptive methods to reduce payment obligations.

• Immediate Consequences: Any attempts to circumvent pricing policies will result in immediate loss of access without refund. We reserve the right to seek legal remedies if fraudulent or deceptive practices are detected.
